If you mean the picture above the little grey face, then thats an avatar.
Go to "PROFILE" then go to Forum Profile Information,
then upload a picture by hitting "Browse..."
Oh, and check off the circle that says "I will upload my own picture"
There yah go.

it has to be 75 x 75 if you want a picture of something get gimp open picture click scale and put in 75 75 ok
