I've converting my indoor heater (it's kinda in it's own room only accessible on the outside) into a heat pump. I know indoor version are real, but I can't find any. help please?

Not possible. Where I live a certain percentage of land must not be built up (I think %15-%20). My house was built in such a way that adding raingutters to our house would be in violation of local code. Thus, I must reuse existing space. The only alternitive is to put it on the roof, which we are thinking of doing (but the roof has no flat parts, thus it would cost a lot)

is the room climate controlled?

I just have heat right now. I never use it, but it's also a law...for some reason. Also, I know someone who got fined for installed a shed or something.
