It doesn't hurt to have more chat bots because none of them are released, its like saying "well, that guys server has it, so why do yours need it?". If one of them was released there wouldn't be much of a problem(only if it was a quality mod, however. Doesn't hurt to have a bigger and better mod even if its already been done.)
