Unfinished game in RtB?

I was searching around in the .cs files, looking for a way to place unlimited dynamite, and I found this little gem in the bombradiusdamge.cs file:

yeah i remember playing that, it had two islands with a fort on each and screwdrivers for disarming bombs, it was really cool

BTF probably won't be in rtb 04, but it could if we get some more time :D. Hopefully we can all get back to 04, I took a tiny break, but most my stuff is done.

Weird thing is i code RTB while playing AoT, so half the time im kicking your guys asses, im doing it while pondering over torquescript. Funny concept :/

But yeah, i intend to put BTF back in, if you guys liked it so much :D
And if anyone knows where MasterCE is, tell him i need my crystal model back :D
