Anyways Badspot has spoken(or typed, anyways) against health bars in previous request topics so I dont think its likely.
If you're given a life bar, you'll look at it. You can't help but to check it more often than you need to and it takes you out of the game and into the realm of boring numbers. With no life bar you're free to play the game intuitively without any brown townytical distractions.
None of your suggestions will be in v9 and they all suck. The healthbar is possible and has been done by various people but has yet to be released. Also suggesting everything only for mac is stupid since very few people actually have them.
