Ok dude, let me rephrase this up for you.

Why is this person so stupid that he put his username?

I think that maybe the extra (stupid enough to) is what confused you. He's basically asking why this person is so stupid that they put their username. Asking why he's stupid, not asking why he did it.

I only took the time to write this out because I think that if you're going to correct someone when they could be understandable in some way, maybe you shouldn't. Also I'm bored out of my skull.

Edit: and sorry for calling you out like this, but it's always better not to criticize someone than to do so.
