Guy with ID 0 WTF?

I went on a server today and saw a guy with ID 0 and i was like maybe just a glitch so i left the server and came back he was still id 0 so i was about to ask him about what ever and he left. But i got pics so can some one tell me who he was PS: i know he was not a bot.

Most likely some body screwing around with some of the server settings for fun, seen this type of stuff before with names.

I see him go to all servers his ID never changes

Maybe his connection is so ridiculously terrible that the server fails to respond, thus showing you that ID of 0 and no score whatsoever.
