You don't even seem to know what you're talking about.

Trying to combine two different game engines such as Torque and Source would be (very nearly) impossible and take a lot of work.

Blockland's engine uses the Torque Game Engine 1.3 with fixes from 1.4 and (I think) 1.5 plus the custom fxDTSBrick class designed by Badspot.

Interiors are made in Constructor (or quark if you're a masochist) but it certainly isn't a part of the engine.

Fun fact: you can open, display and even bake DTS shapes into interiors using Constructor
