Probably one of the most common grammatical errors I've noticed is people forgetting to put a comma before the word, "and" when listing things.

Incorrect, he in no way made the grammatical error he said he hated, so It is not irony nor hypocrisy.
Like when someone says "My interests are: basketball, baseball and soccer" there's supposed to be another comma before and.
