The internet is a mean place.

Author Topic: The internet is a mean place.  (Read 6331 times)

Perhaps there have been a few threads before made like this.

Today i got a hold of Furdle's MSN adress and tried to chat with him. I didn't provoke him, but I ended up getting a face full of insults and curses, even before he realized who i was.

It makes me wonder if all the drama on blockland changed him into a bitter person forever O.o

To the point, sometimes we all just need to forgive each other. Find someone you were mean to in the past (not necessarily Furdle) and apologize to them for it. It will make both you and them feel better, and the only reason it could be awkward is if you make it that way. This is NOT a message i'm asking you to pass on to avoid a tragic fate like getting killed by the Ghost of Little Girl. I'm just asking you to remember this message and keep it with you before you could cause emotional damage to someone.

So keep your cool and your confidence and for once (especially on U.S. Independence Day), lets keep it friendly.

why do people give such a forget about furdle? let the kid be angry

I wasn't asking anyone to care about Furdle.

It's just that some people need to be less insensitive.

Already said sorry before I seen this topic to someone, he says he didn't even remember me.

It's good that you said sorry though, even if they don't remember you.

I only find people quite sad if they hold a grudge on someone in an online game community.
Seriously, if you are like that in real life, you're going to lose a lot of friends. The only reason they do it online is because they think they can get away with it, no consequences. Well those people need to grow up, as it takes more courage to try and appologize then to try and look big on the internet, even in real life. Does it take courage at all to try and look big? I think not.
Edit: I think we need a dramaman story here... Just to make it funny, and yet, important, like a comic relief in a movie.

What is his MSN? Out of curiosity, of course. <Scheming eyes>

and i thought i was the sensitive guy

I do agree with most of what you said, but not all people are wired the same way. Some really do become different because of being bullied or tortured in real life, and occasionally on the internet. It takes a forgiving person to disregard any abuse that has been done to them, and bravo to those who are forgiving.

And we could use some comic relief.  :cookieMonster:

I wish he was more sensitive
Don't start gaying up now

Koden, I think your post belongs in Off-Topic.  :cookieMonster:

I agree, that quote isn't even found in this topic.

It's just that some people need to be less insensitive.
Jesus Christ

So being a rude insensitive man makes you not gay?
Wait, wrong.
So wanting someone to stop being a rude insensitive man makes you gay?
