a problem with decals

Ive made some decals and they work fine (i can select them and they appear on  me , like they should) but when i go on to an online server, they do not appear for other players, i was wondering how to fix this. If anyone could help it would be most appricteied.

Other players haven't downloaded your decals, so they can't see them ingame.

The only "solution" is to release them and hope other people download them.

Aside from default decals? Odd.

Someone released a decal downloader that sends you the files when you join but that only works if you're hosting.
