Okay, my ingame name is Robo Noob (Duh) and my Clan tags are BoBU and 64, So I'm at Mikery77 server then someone whos name is Robot64 came, and he got perma banned :D, anyway, In your oppinion did he steal my name or not?

I used to have the name "DoomBot". Later after someone was called "doommonkey". Did they steal my name? No.
If he was called Robo n00b on the other hand...

Not really...

I changed my ingame name to Kynit, and everyone thought I was Kunit... ugh. I ended up changing it again to Kynite because that looks a lot different :P

No. No he didn't. Robo is a shortened version of the root word Robot. Technically it's slang for Robot. And in some courts of law that could be considered that you stole his name.

Robot was also a form of tax in the Medieval times when the serf had to work on the croft of the nobleman whom he belonged to, of course all for free.
