1, How do you dual boot linux anyway? I want to install it on a second hard drive I have.
2, What version of linux should I use? I know theres different types like ubuntu and such.

1. Enter BIOS and select your CD drive to be the startup one, then insert the CD and such. When your into the installation it will ask you what HD you want to use. (With Ubuntu)

You enter your BIOS to select what drive you want your computer to boot up on, you select the CD drive then put in the CD and reboot the system. As for the selecting the hard drive, you do that during the installation of the system.

You can have the free CD sent to you. Or you can download and burn the .iso onto a CD
