Clans are not actually made on the server, they just exist logically.
Just make a topic about it and stick a clan tag on, no need to goto no clan creation page or /clanmake or some crap.

What I have been trying to do, but apparintally (sp?) failing at, it to make you stop acting like an idiot. You have created a topic to try and join our clan, but then say we are enemies. You have created a topic on "hao 2 mak clan??????????" And you have created a topic to make a clan, we get annoied, and say you are banned. You respond by saying we are lame and are noobs when in fact you are. There fore, you are a hopless noob that i have given up on.
