First open up the start menu and go to Run type in cmd press ok and then it should come up the a black box. type this in to it.

It should come up 3 lines. now it should look like this but with different numbers or maby the same :D.

Now take the DNS Servers numbers and go in to your internet browser (IE, Firefox, Opera, etc.) and type in your Default Gateway numbers in the address bar and press enter. it should come up with some sort of thing telling you to type in a password. the password is usually username: admin pass: admin or just admin or maby its blank. if its changed go ask the person who changed it what it is. anyways now that your in you should see something similiar to this depending on what type of D-Link you have for instance i have di-604

Now go to Advanced which is where all the ports are located.

Now go to cmd again and do ipconfig again. find your IP Adress and the numbers on that line and when your in advanced go to the little DMZ Tab on the left and type in the Last 3 IP Adress numbers that you had on CMD earlier and set on it Enabled instead of disabled and apply it

Note: Enabling DMZ can make some certain programs like Steam to go haywire so be sure to login to steam before you enable DMZ or just enable DMZ only when you want to host in blockland

Do I still have to forward the ports,  or is this another way?

When you enable DMZ its basically enabling every single port for your computer:D

Wow, this needs to be a sticky. So many people have issues with Dlink port forward. I bookmarked. :P
