One of my friends from another game (DAMN YOU CONFUSION) told me to log out of MSN, and then I could log back into msn.
I went onto my alt email account and messaged him about it and he let me back on
He hacked my email temporarily.
wtf.
Does anyone know if hacking into someones account is reportable to authoritys?
I didnt give out any information that could get him my pass.

He allowed me the log back in but when I couldnt log back in password recovery didnt work at all.

If you can get proof that he hacked into your account, then I don't see why you can't report it police. What if someone sent you personal information, passwords, or bank account numbers? Certainly illegal.

This is illegal. Report him to MSN or something, they'll trace the IP, and see if it was hacked. Then, once you got that proof, report it to someone who can do something about it.

I reported him to the FBI because I didnt know how to report to MSN.
