Yes it is, Personally, I like the blocky style to the game.

holy crap ive never seen v2 i thought in v8 everything was blocky cause of bad 3d graphics

looking at the v2 screenie makes me think blockland is un evolutionizing if thats a real word

Badspot can't sell the game with it being exactly like legos.  That's what the blocky look is for;  Lawsuit prevention.

Why have a real human model? The human would just be a doll because of the bedroom and kitchen, better off with an army men model.

I am thinking of making a LEGO guy player type, I think Badspot would love people learning to make new player models.

I think the blocky fig. should be kept, but should have arms and legs.  I do like the vibrancy of the v2 build better than the "stale"  (whoever said that explained it well) v8 coloration
