I actually think the physics engine in Roblox is very well made and performs nicely (but the lack of Mac support is a bit behind Blockland), but the community is horrible. Most people who play Blockland believe Roblox is a bunch of 8-12 year olds who are more immature than anything else in the world, while on the other hand Roblox thinks Blockland is a bunch of 12+ year olds who do nothing but swear and flame each other. I've played both games, so I believe my opinion is credible to a point.

These are the only things I liked about roblox.

Explosions

The big missle explosions in dogfights and mig bombings.

Ladder climbing
Ah yes the ability to climb ladders

Spawn forcefield
When you spawn you can't get shot, nice way to prevent spawn killing.

Roblox sucks, when I tried it, I couldn't build, or do anything but lag, it took forever to join a server, and when I asked anybody for help they either ignored me or called me a newb/noob. Point is, Roblox sucks, and it's community is a bunch of chemically imbalanced 4 year olds.
