It is in the special bricks section. Unless you installed it wrong... but, assuming that you installed it right, place the brick, then use the wrench on it to set it to a team. You need to have the team already created.

I am Haveing the same Problem I dont have my TDM Spawns in My (Special) menu I alread Reinstealed it to C:\Program\Blockland ... Can you help me out here?
