It takes FOREVER to load...

OH man, how sad I am.
Everytime I enter a game, I have to wait either 10-30 minutes for it to load.
Is there any reason behind this?
It's so tedious and annoying it makes me want to unistall this game!

either:

1. Dont enter noob servers where there are hundreds of files to download.
2. Download some of the bigger ones yourself (planes, some weapon packs)
3. Start your own servers.
