Need Permission to Download?

really weird.. i made a print and tried to save it in the blockland folder and it says you do not have permission to save here. please contact a adminstarator. (Im the only account on this computer)
How can i make it so it doesn tod it?

Start/Control Panel then search for UAC and disable it, restart the computer then your computer should be free of annoying problems. If you're having trouble finding the UAC make sure while in the control panel you are not in Classic view, click on Control Panel Home on the top left.
