I'm doing maching band this year and i play Tuba so if i even think of getting out of shape i'll get whooped so hard. Band camp starts tomorrow damn it...

Not as bad as two days ago I guess, but I feel like 10x as sore.

Seeing this topic again, track meet: ugh did horrible, was really hot, 3.5 seconds off my 1500m best and 8 off my 3k. Shoulders are sunburned a LOT and it hurts like hell now.

Muscle is easy to regain, but endurance is more difficult.
Also wtf 80 pounds how old are you and how tall are you. Im 140 Pounds 5'9 and I am not even close to fat.

Not trying to brag but during the school year I could run the mile in 5:54(I bet it has gone up 10 sec since then). It pays off to run that fast in Lacrosse.

I love my fast metabolism. :D

I could eat like 5 plates of loving spaghetti, and still weigh 142 lb's at the age of 16.

The average weight for a 16 year old is 135 - 150 o.o

i is underweight but i overeat. hope i dont have thyroid problems. But god the when i sht it takes forever. either that or its a very quick painful prcess.
