Animated avatar(how get)

i want this as my avatar
but as you can see its not animated for me. how can i get it animated from copying and pasting and resizing.

sofar I can see you just copyed ONE pic, resized it and saved it as whatever you saved it. Use Animation Shop to resize it so it will reize any of the animation.

Here ya goes, just save it then upload it as your avatar. It should work :/

Heres what i do. I use Camtasia studio. Then i record what i want, resize it to 75x75 then export as .gif animation.
