When putting in my avatar picture it won't upload it... Can i please get some help?

I am trying to use a smiley from smiley central...

It needs to have a specific height and width. I think its 74x74, or something similar. Try searching before posting too. ;)

gifworks.com or something like that for resizing a gif you want for your avatar.

Or just about any image editor, other than MS Paint.

Go to profile>Modify Profile>Forum Profile Information
and upload a picture.

NOTE: it needs to be smaller than 75x75.

Nope, it can be 75X75. Mine is.
