when i start a server its on the list but then it just dies how can i fix this?

my ports are forwarded to the right router and everything fire wall is down i did everything i was told

Turn anti fail virus off and make sure all firewalls are off, you can't just post PLZ HALP and expect us to know your problem let alone know how to fix it.

Forward your ports, turn packet filtering off on your firewall. Then start a server and see if it works.

Ok
Heres how to do it.

Start>Control Panel>Windows firewall(or something along those lines)>Disable (all three options).
