Installing Vista

Author Topic: Installing Vista  (Read 3488 times)

I heard Vista was pretty uber, and my sister got it with her Laptop. I can use some good games, so in shortly I will test out Vista on my computer for myself :D

If I dislike it, I'm gonna reinstall XP.

Most people say Microsoft "Mojave" is great, too bad you're gonna miss out.  http://mojaveexperiment.com  Owned, Vista haters!

My sister won't let me have the installer disk, so I'm gonna wait until she falls asleep and sneek into her room and get it in my ol' black sweater, black dress pants, and snow hat :o

Doesn't two copies of a OS=bootleg, thus Microsoft makes it screwy?

Idk, we've used the same copy of Windows XP for our computers and they all work just fine.

Linux. That is all.
This isnt a loving 'Post suggestions for a OS' topic. You linux people are just as bad as Mac users

I was never talking about Linux like that.

I'm just was stating in a super subtle fashion that Vista's aero is the only reason it looks so good, also if Vista wasn't a memory hog too I would probably use it.

Don't worry, I have like 300GB on my computer

(I have two Drivers)

He means RAM-wise.
Vista takes about 1 GB of RAM.

Vista is good, but the only Vista I can get right now is Business, and thats craptacular.

To people who say Vista sucks: Your just running it on the wrong hardware. Try Windows Mohave :cookieMonster:

I would upgrade to Vista, just I can't yet, and I need to back up many files too. For now, I have XP Service Pack 3.

Top that, bitches.
