I bet if I felt like it, I could go through my Pics folder and make an even funnier one then that. The only problem is I've tried port forwarding just like from PortForward.com AND Blockland.us's port forward and both methods didn't work, so I'm gonna need someone to spread it.

A static IP is the IP you will always connect with to your router.
If you do not set a static IP, instead you will have a dynamic, which would have the last section almost randomized.
Thus, making it nearly impossible to forward ports.

This guide can help you set a static IP.
