No offense, little dude, but I saw it and... it wasn't quite USSR material.

Actually, it wasn't even close. Sorry, man...

I advise you to take a look at other USSR applications that have been denied or accepted, to get an idea of what we're looking for. If you see an app that's been denied, and it's better than anything you can make, it's a problem.
