I apologize for ruining everyone's fun, but this thead's going down the toilet anyways. :D A child enthusiast (creep) is an older person that likes younger people and children... in that way. creepbear is a freakish cartoon character created by people on a site called '4chan'. creep and bear combine to create creepbear, a 'cute', 'cuddly' bear who hands out free candy in order to kidnap children and do... terrible things to them.
