Constant minigame?

I'm hosting my server, and I can blow up my own blocks and cars while not in a minigame. I want to know if there are settings to make it like it used to be, if this is a glitch, or whatnot :/

I have no idea if it's toggable, I have not gotten v9.

Its really annoying when using small event blocks and testing onprojectilehit
and other things.

It's auto.
 If you want to test something with a onprojectilehit start a minigame and turn off brick damage.
Or use something that doesn't destroy the brick.
