How do I put back all old add ons?

I just got V9, and saw that it backed up all old add ons. There wasn't any ReadMe in the new update and I didn't find any forum post saying how to put all your OLD add ons into the new Update. Can anyone explain this to me?

You cant, all of your old add-ons are not compatible with v9.
