Graphical Error?

I attempted to force Blocklands graphics to higher in my nvidia control panel, and it caused Blockland to go really screwy and fuzzy, I restored defaults and let it so the application can decide, but now it goes in and out of "screwy mode" every little while. This is not related to v9, I tried this in v8 and it has continued in v9.

Same shot in 3rd person... notice the odd lines on the back of my head, these move around as my character does.

What the crap, I don't know what to say... What you're doing wrong is beyond me, old buddy old pal.  I seriously don't know what to do to help (Which is unusual for me, I'm a know-it-all sucker.)

My only guess is that reverting to defaults changed something with the drivers, try downloading again.
