Yes,ive read the FAQ,it didn't help me for so,umm my old stuff(maps,add-ons) wont work i keeped a folder of all my BL stuff incase,but my old stuff wont work D:

I have not even touched v9 yet and I know this answer.

All old add-ons are outdated and need to bo re-packeged. There are plenty of threads about it, so stop making useless failthreads.
