Well, we had Japan as our first priority for a long time. Now its true Riddler was asleep during Normandy and his aides did not want to wake him, thus having no orders to send to the tank commanders. Had it not been for the Russian winter, Moscow would've been burnt to the ground. The civilians would've suffered terribly under the anti-partisan tactics the SS and SD employed.
