What are these events for?

They shoot an invisable ray up to a block that is touching it in that direction. There is an onRelay in the first section that see "if its hit by relay then"

What're you talking about? Target?

As tape said, they're used for 'relaying' events: you click one brick, it triggers the one above/below/beside it.
