How come in vampire movies. There was no human who decided to wear something protective around their neck to make it impossible for vampires to bite them.

Because that's not how movies work.

Because vampires attack people when they least expect it.

Also there are more good areas to bite than just the neck and wouldn't the vampires just remove the protection?

They could remove it unless you lock shut. Basically like a giant metal bracelet around the neck. But with enough room to move your head and feel comfortable.

Because you don't need to be bitten in the neck to contract Prophryic Hemophilia. Scientifically, as long as a Vampire bites you, you're infected. Same with Zombies. Werewolves, however can transmit the Disease through their Nails.

Plus not many people are suppose to know about vampires in movies, they rely on people not knowing much about them or kill them.
