From what I have seen, the only people complaining about the lack of content in V9 are the ones who spend most of their time in servers spawning tanks and planting waterbricks.

Can I still spawn tanks and water blocks and still have my events?
Technically, yes, but this will result in a extremely catastrophic fusion reaction at the center of everything in existence, including other dimensions, and the result will be the forming of a calculator. Flying matter will fuse together to form small rocks, and these rocks will punch in the following equation: 0 divided by 0 and then press the equal sign. Except, there is a high possibility of more calculators and small rocks being formed, so there will be multiple chain reaction black holes as a result of dividing by zero. The result will be a massive black hole that will suck up EVERYTHING in existence even other dimensions. Then the black hole will be so powerful it will warp, and eventually destroy itself, leaving absolutely nothing in existence. Then, over 18 trillion billion years later, after God wakes up from his nap, he'll recreate the universe and instead of humans he'll make a planet of flying spaghetti monsters that will be 100x smarter than the average human.
tl;dr: We're forgeted if you combine activities of tanks and planting water bricks with wrench events.
