Odd graphics problem

The day after updating to V9 this started to happen randomly-

(Sorry it isn't embedded, didn't work for some reason)
It sometimes will only last around 5 seconds, or will end up crashing my computer. I am using XP, with a Geforce 6200 graphics card, and I updated the drivers after it started happening. Help would be greatly appreciated.

When this happened to me in TF2, my video card was fried.

I have a 6200 (BFG 6200 OC, AGP, to be more specific) as well, and I've never had this problem
