Its not some thing you just "Learn" in a single thread as well as a bit of text, takes allot of practice and time to get some of the good results you see released.

I know. I just want to learn how to make'um. But I want to learn how to make decals more.

it is quite ez..in a nut shell you create script
create model
tell script to read model
put all resources in 1 zip
install
but ill tell you in a more complicated form 2
