Indeed you can. I use Kadje's Minigun for super steering!

use the parachute when on the ground, then shoot the mini constantly down and see if you fly :D

Um, gets rid of whatever your wearing on your back once you take off. You have to go into avatar options to get it back.

Otherwise it's great!
