Texture manager died.

Terrain flashes and looks like chrome, or turns a flat grey.  Interiors randomly paste textures to themselves.  Started yesterday I think, only in sumz' server running RTB isles, now it affects Bedroom.

I remember this being an old bug, but I forgot the fix.  Anyone know what I need to do?

This happens a lot to me when I alt tab.

For some reason RTB isles sometimes does this, and it screws up every other map.  Just restart and it works fine for me.

I never alt-tab as I run windowed.  Restarting does not work.
