Gmod blood = wounds

I play gmod and I noticed something. Some gmod vids have had ragdolls + npcs having wounds like in the pic below

But for mine they just bleed. No staining blood. Plz tell me if this is a mod or what.

ololol no. 360's Proccer is probally better than your PC's. I think it is clocked at 3.0Ghz or something.
