Hey, new dude, here are some tips:
NEVER post that you are new.
Don't ask for admin in other servers, for it is something you earn.
Don't build something until you are certain of what you will build.
Have tolerance and patience, something essential when you are admin or when being critiscized in other servers.
If you have a doubt, ask other people in a way that they will recieve well, if they say no, IT'S no. Admins don't appreciate cheekiness, and surely you will get kicked or banned.
Try to find a way to approach others, not everybody is open to meet new people, atleast try.
