A statistical link has been found between cellphone use and brain tumors, but numerically its possible that the results are just a coincidence. I believe the figure was something like "People who use cellphones are 50% more likely to develop brain tumors during their life".

Well, I have to ask how large and varied their sample size was because there are many, many factors that effect human health and the tendencies to develop or contract an illness. Also, considering that so many people use cellphones, you would assume there would be an explosion of brain tumor reports since their first appearance.
