I think it's so, if your tv doesn't have the 3 prongs thing, you can plug in a cable.

That's what I thought, but I can't find any info on it, ANYWHERE. It doesn't even have a loving Serial Number on it.

It connects to a Moniter display, so I'm using a Moniter splitter box to emulate my Moniter as a TV Screen to play my SNES on.
