My beach house started off as a regular pool and bunker, then I added a garage, soon became bored of that, added a dance floor, music and wrench events. After learning a lot of new Blockland tips and events, I added 2 more additions which now make another sector of the house, I completed it with 2 televisions w/events, lights w/events, garage w/events, and a patio w/events. If you want to download this house, be sure you have the right events and JVS door mod too, thank you
