Your clan acronym makes no sense at all. Seriously, why make a big fancy title and have it sound like a baby spat it out as it's first word. Put thought into clans before you make them.
You've tagged everybody in this clan as a couple of things which may not be completely accurate for every member in the clan. For instance, does everybody hate new people and ban people with IDs in 6000 or over?
You state that applying for the clan in near insane, yet later down you have instructions for applying.
You want a save for the build. Why do you need the save for the build?

Also, not all people browse 4chan and know what 'newcigarette' is. Infact, not even I do. Since it says 18+. Which you're not.
