Help - Port Forwading.

It's in offtopic because of all around forwading stuff.
I got this little problem that is just dont know what my password and nickname are.
I tryed anything and nothing worked and I really don't think that my parents or the sellers changed it.

Could it be, because I am the second user of this Internet, that it does not work? My computer is not the seed, my dad one is.

No one from the blockland forwading common password page works.

Does not work and my parents didn't change it, they got it, plugged it in and it worket. They never changed anything.

Retore it to factory defaults.

Edit : I resetet it and I don't know what to do now(ok the internet still works but it didn't helped me on my problem)
