I don't know if you people know about Roblox, but they are sorta competeing with Blockland. Anyway, i came here to see what was so good about it. I downloaded it, and i was completely discouraged that it wasn't free for online play. So i played by myself for a while, and fooled around. It seemed pretty interesting and looks like it would be very fun in Online. If i was to give this a review, i'd give it a 7/10. But since its not free, it has to be 3/10. Sorry.

I'll look at new posts, but i won't be playing anymore. Bye.

Its a game very much like Blockland, exept the characters, gameplay, and ideas are different. the Building system seems a bit more advanced than the one here.

2. Its not entirely that it isn't free, i would just like to be able to play Online without haveing to pay to. The other unavaliable options don't concern me much.

Uh, you're saying that you don't like it just because it isn't free, but you also dont like it because you cant play online without paying? I'd say those probably fall under one point.

What Ephi means by this being in the wrong section is that everyone knows about this conflict and that the administrators prefer this to not clog up the general discussion, and so they move it into the misc. areas. We've had so many visits from Robloxians since the start of this whole thing, it's just become procedure to move it.

Oh sure, and the Roblox developers created Roblox knowing they wouldn't get any money out of it?

Well, basically, in Roblox your allowed to play online free, make a place, and visit other places without paying. The only thing you can pay for is an Upgrade that adds alot more things. Roblox gives much more freedom than this game does. Now Blockland in demo takes away some tools, some paint colors, and a few more options i think. Thease don't really concern me. I would just like to at LEAST play online without paying.

I acually think Blockland looks like a very fun game. But more freedom would be good. If i wanted to flame Blockland, i would. But i'm not. I don't want to be involved in the Roblox/Blockland conflict, i simply wanted to try out this game to see if it was fun, or just fail. From what i experienced in the demo, it DOES seem like a very fun game that could be addicting. Freedom put aside, i give it a 7/10. Maybe even a 8.
