You don't have to worry about taxes.

If you buy with a credit card or paypal online, the currency is converted for you automatically.  This is the best way to pay.
If you are going to send a money order, you should be able to purchase one that is in USD. 
If you can't get a money order I can take a check for $22 Canadian.
Do not send me Canadian cash.
